That’s why we offer a range of 100% unique art pieces that are sold off the shelf in two popular frame sizes on 22 count. However, we also give our customers the option to request a different final piece size, floss type (DMC or Anchor), and stitch count to fit their specific needs. We only ask that our buyers avoid requesting lower stitch counts, as this can negatively impact the artwork we’re so proud of.
To make things easier for our customers, we’ve created a size guide (see right) that provides a sense of scale for the sizes we offer off the shelf. This guide can help you choose the right size for the artwork you have in mind.

We want to know what you’re seeing in your mind’s eye, your inspirations, and the look and feel you’re aiming for. Together, we’ll create a piece of art that you’ll be proud to stitch.
The best part? Our drafting process is free of charge. You’ll only be asked to pay a small fee on top of our ordinary stitch pricing if you decide to purchase the final creation we share with you. Additionally, you have the option of keeping your unique piece solely for yourself, or allowing us to sell it on our site for others to enjoy.

Johanna recently returned from her gap year spent traveling the Orient, and now she is seeking a project that will remind her of the unique and captivating culture she experienced in one of her favorite countries, Japan.
Specifically, she desires a cross stitch project that reflects Geisha culture, but with a modern twist and whimsical feel. While Johanna admires the block art of ancient Japanese artists, she prefers the softness of ink wash and watercolor techniques. Additionally, she recognizes the importance of cherry blossoms in Japanese culture and wishes to incorporate them into her artwork. Moreover, she wants to add modern expressionism to her Geisha Women, allowing for non-traditional emotions in her artwork.
To bring her vision to life, Johanna collaborated with Dragoneye Creative by filling out a simple form detailing her ideas, inspirations, favorite artists, and desired outcome. From there, we got to work.
After a few rounds of communication and revisions, we transformed Johanna’s Geisha Collection into a stunning set of images and cross-stitch patterns, now available in our store. The collection includes ‘Ties that Bind’, ‘Defiance’, and ‘Turn from Darkness’. Although each artwork follows the same design brief, they each possess their unique emotional “feel.” We invite you to choose your favorite and imagine what you could create with a similar opportunity.
